Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No referral is required for wellness services. For medical concierge coordination (fertility, surgery, etc.), we’ll schedule a free consultation call first to understand your needs and discuss your options.
How far in advance should I book?
For wellness services and holistic therapies, we recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time slot. For wellness retreats, we suggest booking 4-6 weeks ahead. Medical concierge services may require longer lead times depending on specialist availability.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice for appointment changes. Retreat and medical procedure cancellation policies vary—we’ll provide full details when you book.
