  • Responsible for their own services
  • Not employees or agents of Wellness Link Barbados
  • Responsible for their own medical record-keeping and privacy compliance

Our Vetting Process:

We vet providers for quality and credentials, but:

  • Each provider is responsible for their own services
  • Providers maintain their own standards and protocols
  • Provider-client relationships are separate from our coordination services
  • We coordinate care but do not supervise medical practice

6. Booking and Payments

Our Coordination Fees:

  • Initial consultation calls are free
  • Coordination service fees are discussed during consultation
  • Payment required before services begin
  • Fees cover coordination, logistics, and support services

Third-Party Fees:

Separate charges you pay directly to providers:

  • Medical provider fees (paid directly to providers)
  • Accommodation costs (paid to hotels/properties)
  • Transportation costs (paid to transport services)
  • Wellness practitioner fees (paid to practitioners)

These are separate charges billed by respective providers.

Maximum Liability:

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for our coordination services.

  • Trip cancellation coverage
  • Medical evacuation coverage

Important: We are not responsible for costs arising from medical complications, travel disruptions, or cancellations. Insurance coverage is your responsibility.
